“c’est un plaisir” or “avec plaisir” “c’est mon plaisir” is polite.
“Pas de problème” is common and sounds uneducated. It’s often used though.
“De rien” is not correct although it is often heard. Avoid it. It should be “Ce n’est rien”.
How would you describe modern day Russian society, beyond just politics?
“ je t’en prie/ je vous en prie” .It is polite.
“Il n’y a pas de quoi” . It is friendly and can be slightly familiar but it’s informal and acceptable.

Are miracles real or do they just have natural explanations?
French etiquette simply would advise you not to answer.
